PRE SEASON TRAINING
The club re-opens for the forthcoming season with pre season training for carded boxers (junior+senior) on tuesday 3rd august 7.15pm - 8.30pm, and then every tuesday in august until normal club opening times in september.

The new season kicks off in september, ( tues 1st sep 09). all members and new guest members are welcome, and should attend during the times listed opposite. get in early to avoid being placed on waiting list as large numbers are expected once again this season.

Annual AGM fri 10th July 2009
This years AGM will once again be held at the Blue Boar in poole on friday 10th july, please arrive by 7.30pm. We hope to once again have a guest speaker (TBC), buffet, drinks bar, trophy presentation, coaches report, + treasurers report etc.
All boxers, members, friends and family of Poole ABC are invited to join us for a social evening and general round up and reflection of the 08/09 season.

Poole Light House- Dinner show
Poole ABC annual dinner show at the light house poole will this year be held on Fri 13th March. dinner tables seat 10, at a cost of £400 per table and balcony tickets at £ 7 each. this is a black tie event with a strict dress code for table seated guests. bookings available via commitee member Kelvin kearly TEL : 07986565829.
Hamworthy Open Show - Fri 16th Jan 09
aswell as hosting the schools championships, the annual open show at hamworthy engineering social club saw 6 poole abc junior boxers compete. jack heaslip making his debut in a thrilling contest, losing a close but unanimous decision and liam allen putting in his best performance to date to win unanimously on points.
