The gym will be open for SENIOR existing memmbers only 7.15-8.30 every tuesday through July + August. 08/09 season starts for all junior/senior and new memebers on 2nd September 2008.

POOLE ABC BOXING SHOWS

After the recent success of the POOLE ABC's club show at the Hamworthy Enginering social club, featuring 10 home club boxers and 7 successful winners ( this show also made press coverage in the Daily Echo and Boxing News ), we look forward to the annual LIGHT HOUSE dinner show on Friday the 7th of March.
